Wayan Sukrasena Tato, General Manager Small Marine

The man who was born in Balikpapan on September 26, 1975, currently serves as General Manager of Small Marine. Responsible for ensuring the operation of the small marine business unit starting from crew fulfillment, operational safety, monitoring & investigation, to evaluating the performance of the fleet to achieve Safe, Reliable, and Efficient service to clients.

Wayan started his career in the offshore world When he joined the Samudera Indonesia Group in 2001. He studied the Fleet department and Safety Officer for up to 10 years, Wayan then took the position of Operation Manager and Coordinator of ISO & QHSE at PT Samudera Shipping Services. Not only that, in January 2013 Wayan was appointed as General Manager at PT Papan Jaya Tirta which is also an affiliate of Samudera Indonesia Group.

His experience in the offshore world led Wayan's career to PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk. Since July 2014, he has served as Branch & Area Manager, Business Development Manager, until appointed as General Manager of Small Marine in January 2022.

Fida Unidjaja, Independent Commissioner

Fida Unidjaja, born in Jakarta, October 9, 1961. Completed his education at the Faculty of Economics, Department of Accounting, Trisakti University in 1985.

Started his career in the BSG group in 1985, then continued his career until he was appointed as a Director at PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line in 1997. Then served as Director, Corporate Secretary, and Commissioner in several Affiliated Subsidiaries.

In addition, he also received several certificates in various fields, such as Management Training, HRD, ISO, and ISM License Auditor from ABS (American Bureau Shipping), both in Indonesia and outside Indonesia.

During Fida Unidjaja's tenure, the Company won several awards including the National Shipping Company Model (2005) from the Ministry of Transportation and the Indonesian Financial Reporting Award (2008) in the Transportation Industry from the University of Indonesia.


In addition to receiving several awards during his tenure, he was also involved in all actions of the Company, such as Indonesian Bonds Issuance, Initial Public Offering, International Bonds Issuance (issued by a subsidiary in the Netherlands), as well as Corporate Ratings from S&P Institutions, Fitch and PEFINDO. During her career in the Company, Fida was also involved in INSA as Company Representative. Restructured receivables, filled in chapter 15 in the USA and Buyback Process in 2009-2012, and was active as a Consultant in several companies, one of which was as a Consultant at BP (British Petroleum) in 2013-2014, as well as in several other companies.
